Public Pest Solutions does not give any evince or implied warranty or assurance on abolition of pest. In the event of reassurance ofpest, during the prior of work agreement shall be carry out necessary pest management services without incurring any liability orobligationforanyinconvenience,loss,injury,ordamagethatmaybecausedtothecustomerorany occupationofthepremisesorto any property of any such person.
Public Pest Solutions shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage that may be caused to the customer or any occupant of, orvisitor to, the premises or any property of any such person by reason of or as consequences or the pest management services carriedout by PSS pursuance to this Contract Agreement Form.
Customer undertakes to make available self and /or representative at all time while the treatment is being carried out and toremove and shift necessary articles as the need may be.
Terms of Payment: Cheque or cash payment is accepted. All Cheque payment to be made in favour of “Public Pest Solutions” Thecustomer liable to pay bank charges arising as a result of bounced cheque and the charges will be accepted in cash only.
PPS reserve the right to suspend the pest management operations remaining to invoices presented are outstanding for more than30 days above from the date of invoices.
This work order agreement is in respect of premises treated and mentioned in this work order agreement only and is nottransferrableinrespectofanyotherpremisesnotapplicabletoanyextension/additions/oralterationintheoriginalpremises.
The customer is bring about for and required to keep all plastic, silverware, antique, precious jewelry, electronic gadgets and otherbreakable / valuable articles keep it in safe custody.
Pesticide being used during the services may have odour and linger for 2-3 days, weather family member or guest and other whoare aged, patient and allergic or with respiratory disorder, pets MUST keep away from the treated area.
The customer accepts to avail the pest management services as per the given schedule agreed at the time of entering into thecontract. To manage emergences, service delivery date may be altered by customer or PSS. The customer should avail the serviceswith 30 days of the original schedule date and / or within the existing work order agreement period, without failing otherwiseservice will be lapsed.
All materials and equipment kept By PSS in customer premises for carrying out during the service, remains the sole property ofPSS and customer has no right over it/ them whatsoever.
In theeventworkorderagreementiscancelled byeitheror uponexpiry,PSSwillgetbackallequipmentandotherproperty suchasRodentShelterBoxetc.fromcustomerpremises.
Rodent Solution Services: - The customer is required to ensure Rodent shelter Box or Glue trap are not disturbed form the originalposition andwasteis notthrown intothem.No materialto be loaded/placedonthe rodentshelterBox, keepawayfromthechildren and pets. Missing Rodent Shelter Box units shall be billed to customer.
Termite Solution Services: - Covers subterranean termite (white Ants). Keep window open for ventilation during and the aftertreatment. All moveable furniture, carpets should be removed by the customer minimum 3 feet away from the wall before theservice. Customer will provide us the information on location of concealed electrical wiring, conduits, telephone cable and concealplumbing pipes.The customer will arrange the electrician, plumber and carpenter if need be at their cost during treatment.Customer will do the treatment all area of premises or units in the premises without which PSS will not issue the service warranty asthe case may be.
Fumigation is curative treatment and kill insect (larval and adult stage) present in commodity at the time of treatment. Anypresence of live larvae or adult inside commodity established then immediate conduct the fumigation by Public Pest Solutions andcustomer, this activity should be documented in commodity fumigation report and no claim or dispute would be accepted.Fumigation dose not express any residual effect and thus PPS makes no claim to protection commodity for any period aftercompetition of fumigation process.
After completion of Fumigation Public Pest Solutions does not give any guarantee for pest free status in wooden items andcontainer fumigated period or shipment as the container is not control in Public Pest Solution after that infestation status noticed incommodity onarrivaldestination orinfested materials/commodity reacheddestinationin thisconditionPublicPestSolution willnot take sole responsibility.
On receipt of documented Performa invoice from customer, Public Pest Solutions shall indicate the reasonable period required forinitial and competition of fumigation, if there is any delay in fumigation due to some factors which beyond form company’s control, Public Pest Solution shall not take any responsibility foran ydamage to commodity due to delay infumigationcustomerisfreetoavailthefumigationfromotherserviceproviderifPublicPestSolutionisunabletodothefumigationsuchtransactioninsuchtypesof the transaction between the other service provider and the customer Public Pest Solution shall have no role in it.
